The Bayou Chapter of CPCU makes available to its members, as well as any other interested industry members, group study courses for preparation for various designation tests. Recent offerings include the following:

Gary Lee, CPCU is the Bayou Chapter's current Chairperson for the Education and Training Committee. He holds a BS degree and an MBA degree from the University of South Carolina. He obtained his CPCU designation in 1986. Lee began his P&C career with Insurance Company of North America in 1973 as a field multi-line claim representative. In 1992, Lee was promoted to Regional VP Claims, Tampa, Florida. In 1994, Lee became VP Claims and Occupational Medicine for Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation. In 1998. In 2000, he founded Resolution Services, Inc. and in 2002, he became a partner with Insurance Recovery Group, Inc. of Framingham, MA and created their first third party recovery division. He also is President of Resolution Services, Inc., an insurance services company specializing in third party recovery and multi-lines claims adjustment. Lee is a former President and current board member of the Bayou Chapter CPCU in Baton Rouge. Lee is an adjunct instructor in the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's Risk Management program. He also serves as a faculty member of the University of Phoenix and UOP Online.
